Community building for Kazakh students studying in Hungary at the Széchenyi Garden Restaurant
Kazakh students studying in Hungary have been planning for some time to create their own community, and this ambition has now become a reality.On Saturday 1 March 2025, they successfully organised their first event, which was attended by around 60-70 people and representatives of the Kazakh Embassy.
At the meeting, Kazakh students and alumni members studying in Hungary gathered at the Széchenyi Kertvendéglő, where they had the opportunity to get to know each other and share their experiences and experiences so far. The event was hosted by László Horváth, Honorary Consul of Kazakhstan, who also attended the event. Renáta Horváth, Vice President of L.A.C. Holding, assisted in the organisation.
The organisers plan to organise similar events every month in the future, with the aim of building community and mutual knowledge of Kazakh and Hungarian culture. They also plan to organise joint museum visits and excursions to further strengthen community cohesion.
