Honorary consul of Kazakhstan in Hungary, László Horváth and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Hungary in Kazakhstan, András Baranyai have met the chairman of „Astana-Expo 2017” Jsc., Ahmetdjan Yesimov on September 22th. The parties discussed technical details. Ahmetdjan Yesimov informed the Hungarian party about the current state of construction work and aquiring foreign participants.

In the moment there are 103 countries, which confirmed their participation in the exhibition. The contracts with all of the participants will be entered into by the end of year 2016.

László Horváth drew the attenion to the fact, that Hungary was among the first countries to confirm it’s participation. „The Astana Expo-2017 exhibition is extremely important for us. We want to use this opportunity to demonstrate to the whole world, what Hungary is capable of” – noted the honorary consul, László Horváth.

He also revealed, that the 2 main themes of the Hungarian pavilion will be electromobility and the technology of using plants in topics, related to the theme of the exhibition.
