The Honorary Kazakh Consul, Mr. László Horváth attended the roundtable discussions hosted by the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The goal of the meeting was to discuss investment opportunities in Kazakhstan.

The Kazakh Invest National Company, the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Hungarian EXIM Bank, representatives of the Ministry of Finance and over twenty other Hungarian companies participated in the event.

Mr. Zhanibek Abdrashov, Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Hungary, in his speech outlined recent political, socio-economic developments, the current situation and investment opportunities in Kazakhstan, and summarized the main provisions of his country's future development programs.

László Horváth, Co-President of the Kazakh - Hungarian Business Council, Honorary Consul of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Hungary, delivered a speech at the roundtable discussion, emphasizing the opportunities for Hungarian companies to enter the Kazakh market and the conditions for effective cooperation.

During the event, representatives of the participating companies were given the opportunity to share their experiences and plans regarding their business in Kazakhstan and the role of their institutions in facilitating bilateral trade and business relations.
